You and your family can experience a fairy tale brought to life at HomeAid Atlanta’s 3rd Annual Project PlayhouseTM, running Sept. 9 through Oct. 21 at Mall of Georgia. Five exquisitely detailed, fully furnished, child-size showcase homes, designed and created by a select group of Atlanta's premium homebuilders will be featured; four will be auctioned off and one playhouse, "The Summer House" by Northstar Builders and Developers, will go to a lucky raffle winner. Project PlayhouseTM will be open for free tours, weekends only, Saturdays 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sundays, noon to 6:00 p.m. Raffle tickets to win "The Summer House" can be purchased at the Project PlayhouseTM Village at the Pavilion at the Mall of Georgia, Mall of Georgia's Simon Guest Services, and the Housing Center of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Raffle ticket prices are as follows: 1 for $3.00, 2 for $5.00, 4 for $10.00, 10 for $20.00, and 30 for $50.00. On Saturday, October 21, at 6p.m., there will be a public auction/raffle party with the raffle of one playhouse and the auction of the four others. Tickets to the auction/raffle party bought in advance are $20.00 for adults, $10.00 for children, or $50.00 for a family pack for 2 adults and 2 children. Auction/raffle party tickets will be $30.00 for adults, $10.00 for children, if purchased the day of the event. Individuals may pre-register to bid or place a "pocket bid" by contacting HomeAid Atlanta. All funds raised will support HomeAid Atlanta's mission of developing shelter facilities for temporarily homeless children, women and men in our community.
