JOE EMAN, PRESIDENT OF THE GOOD BROKER, A THRIVING REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN ATLANTA, CLAIMS HE CAN TURN ANY REAL ESTATE AGENT INTO A SELF RELIANT TOP PRODUCER IN JUST 90 DAYS USING HIS TRADEMARKED PROGRAM, 90 DAYS TO YOUR SUCCESS®.
Joe Eman, a popular real estate broker and speaker frequently referred to as a ‘sales psychologist’, transforms agents by recreating and reinforcing the agent’s inner most thoughts, philosophies and attitudes. Eman points to all of the motivational sales and real estate CD’s, tapes and books on his desk, “With all of these wonderful resources available today, agents aren’t lacking in knowledge,” says Eman, “What agents often lack is a strong core of self-belief and self-reliance to achieve real success!” Eman asserts that his 90 day program is more than just another ‘how to sell real estate’ system because it effectively combines advanced real estate sales concepts and techniques with a strong core of self-philosophy to help agents set and accomplish realistic goals. “Many agents often lack something that’s much more critical to their success – the guts, the nuts, the-whatever-you-want-to-call-it-attitude that makes an agent go out and do what it takes to succeed,” says Eman, “I enjoy helping agents find that attitude and releasing any negative mental blocks so that their own self-confidence and likeability will surface and take over!”
Eman’s program consists of weekly coaching with specific goals outlined in a customized business plan for each agent. During the first 30 days, Eman starts off by immediately laying down a strong foundation of daily activities, attitudes and habits agents will need at the epicenter to push through to success. Once this foundation is complete, Eman takes the agents through the basics of well-written contracts and covers the entire process from making the offer to closing the sale. “Agents that don’t have a basic, solid foundation will always have a shaky future,” says Eman, “Knowing-your-stuff and being comfortable with it is critical to building inner-confidence.”
Leaving the basics, Eman delves into High Yield Marketing showing agents how to self brand, effectively advertise and write great ad copy. “Unfortunately, many agents fall for expensive, egotistical advertising gimmicks that produce very few leads,” says Eman, “If agents understand the emotion and psychology behind effective advertising, they can easily go out and recreate great and effective ads of their own!”
Eman wraps up his session on marketing with an introduction to delivering powerfully effective scripts and presentations. “The best way to build confidence in selling is by having the knowledge and skills of being a great communicator,” says Eman, “My agents not only learn what to say, but more importantly, how to speak assumptively with confidence.” Eman believes that the more an agent understands how we as humans act, feel and respond to each other, the more effective agents will be in getting clients to trust their professional opinions and do what they want. “Agents often don’t connect with their clients and thus lose the sale,” says Eman as he takes me on a brief excursion through neurological linguistics describing how ‘cause and effect’ language affects us as human beings, “I show agents very powerful ways to quickly connect with their clients, control their shifting emotions and influence their decisions!”
The final stretch of Eman’s 90 day program involves a step by step plan of action to jump-start the agent’s business. “If an agent is new, he or she will typically write a contract and list a property in their first 30 days and close 25 sales in their first year using my program,” says Eman, “If the agent is already experienced than our goal is to add another 25 sales to what they’re already doing each year.”
Eman is presently publishing his first book based on his trademarked program 90 Days to Your Success!® and currently mentors some of the most successful REALTORS® in metro Atlanta.
